➢ In priority and strategic sectors (informatics, health, biotechnology, nanotechnology, defense, space, aviation, etc.), Specialized Technology Development Zones can be established.
➢ Within the TGB, R&D and Design Centers and Prototype Workshops can be located.
➢ It has been facilitated to provide Technological Product Experience Certificate to companies that carry out R&D activities and complete their projects in the TGB.
*Supportable Program Support
In areas to be determined by the Ministry, for Technology Development Zones companies employing R&D personnel with at least a bachelor's degree and for personnel employed in incubation center and technology transfer office services in Technology Development Zones management companies, the portion of their salaries equivalent to the gross minimum wage, for a period of 2 years equivalent to the gross minimum wage is covered by our Ministry.

In companies located in the regions, it has been made possible to provide support for the R&D personnel doctoral students they employ, limited to the appropriation to be placed in the Ministry's budget for a period of two years. Within this scope, the portion of the salaries of the employed personnel equivalent to the gross minimum wage will be covered by our Ministry for 2 years.
